ban on non-organic coffee?

Proposed ban on non-organic coffee in Iowa City, IA, home of the University of Iowa, my alma matter. Realistic, no, but there are major problems within the coffee industry right now (poor farmers, surge of low quality beans, etc), and it’s nice to see people take a stand.
