Nov 8 importance of having a company voice

here is a good post from dick costolo about the importance of having a company voice. i have to admit, this is something we don’t have at all at interactive mediums, and that is something we need to fix. we’re building a bunch of great stuff (we just launched a major client on monday) and we’ve got a lot of interesting and useful products in the pipe. so, i’m going to fix that.

by the way, if you’re an entrepreneur - i highly recommend reading dick costolo’s blog, as well as fred wilson’s blog. also read eric olson’s blog, as he’s also another solid dude.

Nov 1 Gmail/Google Apps releases IMAP

Google enabled IMAP support for Gmail and Google Apps and started rolling it out last week. This is great news as it makes managing email across devices dead simple. I setup Thunderbird on my laptop, and I am super pumped to now have a great desktop client to use. I love Google’s web interface for Gmail, but it’s nice to have a dedicated desktop app as well.
