great weekend
Erin and I saw Bobby Bare Jr at Schubas with our good friends Seth and Katie on Saturday night.
We tried Table 52 with Erin’s family last night for the weekly family Sunday night dinner. The service was great, and the food was pretty tasty. I had the catfish with grits and it was terrific. I loved the fried chicken, but Erin wasn’t too hot for it. The appetizers were amazing, especially the fried green tomatoes with bacon. Bacon has to be the all time winner for best ingredient to add to a meal. I think bacon is the only thing that would prevent me from being a vegetarian…well, that and a good new york strip.
